Should you quit when something goes wrong?
Success will never ever be a linear path.
It goes up and down.
There are good days and then there are really shit days.
There are highs and lows.
Things change and that’s ok.
It’s part of that fitness business journey.
You need to prepare for that and not let the little things knock you down.
If you happen to be in that dip right now (great book is called The Dip by Seth Goddin) understand that it will not last forever.
Every successful person you see has gone through some adversity but pick themselves up real quick when something has gone wrong.
They don’t make excuses.
They just get back up and take action.
They get back up really quick.
Many personal trainers freak out if they are not getting a consistent flow of leads into their business or if they have cancellations over a few days.
When you get to this point it’s important to STOP and take some time out to reassess what’s happening and understand that everything will be ok.
Get clear on where you want to be.
Ask yourself what do you need to do differently to get to my goal of x?
What do you need to do?
Do you need to think differently?
Who do you need to become?
Then make a choice that you will move forward.
Remember fear, anxiety, overwhelm can not co exist in the same space as action.
So take action towards what you do want because the thing with the highest emotional charge will manifest.
