You are a brilliant trainer.

You know you get people results.

You know that your people need you.

You struggle to get more leads, more likes, more enquires, more sales, more money.

And here is why:

1. You are invisible

No one knows that you exist!

Lots of fitness businesses I talk to freak out when I tell them that they need to be posting at least 3/4/5 even 8x per day on Facebook.

Stop worrying about that.

Have you ever heard your ideal client say you put too much information out there?

You have to be visible for people to know how you can help them, how you can help them solve their painful challenges that they so desperately want to be solved.

Your ideal clients don’t mind.

2. You are inconsistent.

You follow my advice, read my blogs and emails and think that’s a great idea about posting on Facebook multiple times per day and so you take action.

And you do this for a few days.

Then something happens, life gets in the way, you get busy, kids get sick and you miss a day.

A day then turns into a few days. Those days then turn into a week and before you know it you are out of the habit and wonder why your fitness business is up and down?

Want to know why your business isn’t growing fast? Because you show up periodically and sometimes not at all.

If you want to be the #1 person in your area, if you want people to follow you, like you, remember you and BUY from you then you need to show up consistently.

3. You are not an expert

Have you proven to people that you are the best at what you do? If you feel invisible then the answer will be no.

The best way to show others that you are the best it to BE the best. Always be learning and implementing.

Always share the results that you help your clients achieve. The more you do this the more your followers watch and think ‘Wow, if she can help her clients achieve that then she can help me do the same!!’

Which of course you can.

When you show up as the best, people start to see you as the best.

4. Your message is unclear

Reason people love you and follow you is they relate with your and your message. And if people don’t know what that message is then they will leave because they don’t know what you stand for.

Communicate this in your marketing, tell them, be clear with your ideal clients and you start to attract a hell of a lot more of them.

This comes back to aligning with WHO your ideal client is and just when you thought you couldn’t get any clearer I promise, you absolutely can!!

5. You don’t really want to succeed

Now this in interesting because I bet you are thinking ‘Absolutely I want to be successful’ however if you had no blocks then you would have absolutely everything you want RIGHT NOW!

If you don’t HAVE what you want then you are resistant somewhere, I am yet to meet someone who isn’t being held back by some limiting belief.

People who want success do whatever it takes! They hire mentors, take consistent action, work on their mindset and when they are knocked down they jump back up and get on with it.

Right now you probably aren’t where you want to be otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this so what needs to change? 🙂
